Expenditure Spreadsheets
EFSP spreadsheets are to be utilized to list expenditures for the Phase funding, and to be submitted in addition to the electronic final report form. Please make sure to read the EFSP Phase 35 manual and addendums and adhere to all guidelines when completing the spreadsheets and daily logs.
If you received funding in multiple categories, you will need to complete the spreadsheet for each category.
